The idea and movement behind East London Juice Co. was planted many years ago by a collection of connective experiences and a burning question: How can we nurture a relationship between business, health, well-being and the arts with a view to a sustainable future?
This question was first answered with the move to a shipping container pop-up to engage the public in the first physical space to house East London Juice Co. We opened in March of 2015 after a successful Kickstarter pitch and a test kitchen with over 140 different homemade offering’s !
We are now leveraging our mission by residing in Ace Hotel and transforming from a temporary pop up around the corner to a permanent pop by dispensary for all that is nourishing. We will be experimenting and reporting back from the field in house at Ace Hotel. We will stop, collaborate and listen to like-minded souls pushing the boundaries a bit and embrace creativity and fun in our craft. Activating. Fermenting. Distilling.
Dispensing Bone Brothel, Kombucha Pub, Elxirs, Lifestyle Tools, Good Vibes and giving back to our community.
Our goal is to be an ambassador for the extended conceptualisation of what art + nourishment can be when curated + introduced by attention to intention. To build an aspirational permaculture framework for responsible consumers + to participate in all that is nourishing. To nurture passion for truth in production + vision.
Ever-transforming + completing the circle by reminding you to enjoy every part of being.
Holding a universal respect for all things good for nourishment at every level
Working towards zero waste + a ‘more than organic’ hierarchy of sourcing
We refuse to work with agave (cheap wannabe), refined sugars (too demanding), ‘natural flavourings’ (timewasters), gluten (bad vibes), peanuts (gambler), and high-pressure pasteurised ingredients (why bother?!).
